Sugar and salt are a not so famous combination, but if you experience problems with your sleep it can be very helpful. They may be unhealthy for consummation in higher amounts, but if you use them moderately you will gain many helpful benefits such as improved immunity, healing headaches and insomnia.
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 5 teaspoons of brown sugar
The ratio between these ingredients should always be 1:5. Combine the ingredients and mix them well. Keep the mixture in some clean glass jar.
Use: Take a little of the mixture and apply it below your tongue before sleeping. It will melt very soon.
